This hotel is in a great location, close to all the major beaches. It's right on the ocean, so you can enjoy the beautiful views and have easy access to the beach. The rooms also have balconies, some with a view of Mount Etna, which is spectacular. The basic amenities such as TV and A/C are available, making the stay comfortable.
No complaints, everything was great.

Big balcony with a view to Etna. Breakfast included an omelette (rarity in Italy). Really close to the beach, easy access to highway.

The location was excellent - not far to walk to beaches, restaurants or bars, but really quiet at night. The balcony made our stay very comfortable and it was a treat to sit out at night and enjoy the cool of the evening and the marvellous views. A really extensive breakfast - good coffee and wonderful pastries as well as cheese, meats and slice of omelet or savory filled crepe, yoghurt or fruit salad.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good Location, and an adequate variety of choices for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
No lift, a bit tiring to go up with luggages to 2nd or 3rd floor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was incredible - I couldn't believe all the amenities included. The room was lovely, with a balcony offering views of Mount Etna. The staff were so friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from.
Nothing to complain about - everything was great!

The location and the cleanliness were good, the breakfast could have been more varied.
We were basically satisfied with the accomodation, however, I don't see it as value for money due to general setting - in our opinion, Gardini Naxos offers little and its overrated as a tourist spot. Therefore, I find it hard to find justification for such high accomodation prices with respect to the rest of the island.

Had slight problem with the air conditioner. It worked but the room was still not warm enough but it was only a slight problem

We had a great time staying at this hotel near the beach. the location is perfect to enjoy the beach and explore the city. We also enjoyed dinner at a very nice restaurant on the beach, which was only a few minutes away. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of food and the service was great. We also appreciated the private parking and free Wi-Fi.
There was some noise from a nearby amusement park, but it didn't disturb us too much.
